I Trust Life!
I embrace what life presents to me. I turn inward, listening to my body’s needs and my soul’s whispers. My mind is a canvas for infinite thoughts guiding me. I am complete and act from this wholeness, trusting in my instincts and decisions.
In every conscious choice, there is change.
I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of all those who have the profession of – coach, trainer, personal trainer, motivational speaker, therapist, and all their other fancy names. I’m tired of paid ads on Facebook where they teach me how to think, how to live, how to dream, how to get rid of childhood traumas, blockages, and so on. I’m tired of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), hypnosis, and its mass manipulation. We are a constantly manipulated society.
As humans, we are endowed with the gift of thought. We can feel as deeply as we wish and grow as much as we desire. We determine our paths, striving for a harmonious life that aligns with our unique visions and aspirations.
Each of us has our interpretation of existence and our desired life trajectory. Some seek professional success, others yearn for a nomadic lifestyle, and some long for a peaceful home. Yet, at our core, we all seek happiness, often venturing into uncharted territories in its pursuit.
From fear, loneliness, and sadness to self-deprecation, anxiety, and depression, we are a product of society. And often forget that we are life beings of emotions, beauty, and creation. But most of all, we fail to nurture love in our souls and trust in life.
I trust life!
This phrase has a supernatural healing value!
I don’t believe in change through therapists, coaches, trainers, etc., just as I don’t believe we are victims of fate. Change comes from within, and while external guidance can be helpful, it is ultimately up to us to make the necessary changes in our lives.
When something truly hurts us, we choose to change, but until then, we won’t change because we lack motivation. Sometimes, we don’t want to change even when it hurts because we don’t feel like it. Sometimes, a self-destructive life is an easy and perfect way to live because it doesn’t require personal development, effort, sacrifice, or work.
1:1 Coaching – a method where others teach us what’s wrong with us, often through personalized sessions and guidance. While this approach can benefit some, I believe that actual change comes from within and cannot be fully achieved through external guidance alone.
The profession of personal motivational coach, psychologist, etc., seems to me like a cheap masquerade because everything they know is already within me, and everything a therapist could teach me is strictly based on their life experience—not mine. How could a stranger give me a solution to my personal and authentic pain?
I haven’t met anyone who has changed through 1:1 coaching. I’ve met many who have gone and still go, but I haven’t seen anyone change. I haven’t seen self-love in their eyes, trust in life, motivation for excellence, or the will to live a healthy life fully. I’ve seen tiny sparks, maybe a minimal openness towards the effort of change, but that’s it.
We are our enemies, and when we look for someone to solve our problems, it means we don’t want change. It means we like the pain we live with and don’t want to change anything that causes us pain.
Self-education is the most sincere form of self-love! By investing in our own growth and learning, we are showing ourselves the love and care we deserve. This form of self-love is a powerful tool for personal development and can lead to profound changes in our lives.
Trusting in life, overcoming pain, and pursuing actual development is not child’s play but an adult’s job. Being responsible, cautious, diligent, committed, and present would be best. It would be best if you also had a strict schedule, discipline on all levels, and a lot of emotional intelligence. It’s a self-parenting.
I don’t believe in 1:1 coaching because I believe in self-love. I believe in self-education, therapeutic writing, meditative painting, expression through any art, prayer, meditation, walking in the forest, screaming in the forest, hugging trees, swimming in the sea, running on the beach or at 6 in the morning around the block, lifting weights, and dancing in the rain, Yoga or stretching.
I believe in everyone’s manifestation, in the individual’s action towards their well-being.
We have a moral duty that begins with self-love and never ends.
I believe in the freedom to choose our destiny and how life treats us!
I believe in who I am, and I trust life!
